Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specifically outlined in a separate formal purchase agreement between you and BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE, these terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) govern all your online purchases from the website at www.guitarlelo.com (the “Site”). These terms may not be modified, supplemented, or amended by any other document(s) you provide. Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this Agreement, or to submit an order for products subject to additional or modified terms, will be considered invalid unless both you and BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE have agreed to it in writing.
Acceptance
By purchasing products or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept the terms of this Agreement. Orders are not binding until accepted by BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE will confirm acceptance of an order either by sending you a reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.
LIMITED STOCK
Certain items, including Hot Deals, Limited Quantity products, and Free Gifts, may have limited availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
SHIPPING FEES, TAXES, AND TITLE TRANSFER
Shipping and handling fees will be listed on your order form. Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders made on Sundays or holidays will be handled the next business day. For security reasons, initial orders and those shipping to different addresses may be subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to send partial shipments, but this does not exempt you from paying for the remaining deliveries.
All purchases from BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items transfers to you once the carrier receives the products.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All new products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty terms and service may vary depending on the manufacturer and product.
Limitations and Exclusions
The following items are not covered under this warranty:
· Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and batteries.
· Setups, adjustments, or any routine maintenance.
· USB cables, power adapters, or any accessories.
· Damage to finishes, cracks, splits, or warping of wood due to temperature or humidity changes, exposure to sunlight, fire, moisture, sweat, body salts, or acids, as well as damage caused by guitar straps, stands/hangers made of vinyl, plastic, rubber, or other synthetic materials, and non-approved polishes or chemicals.
· Damage, corrosion, or rusting of hardware components due to humidity, salty air, or exposure to sweat and body salts.
· Any damage resulting from customizations or modifications that deviate from factory standards.
· Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case, or gig bag, including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware, etc.
· Damage and deterioration resulting from typical usage, wear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alterations, misuse, or acts of nature.
· Instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.
· Instruments purchased from sources other than Rajmusical.com.
· Instruments serviced by unauthorized individuals.
· Loss or theft of the instrument.
· Damage from battery leakage.
· Cleaning or maintenance of electronics due to contamination from dirty, dusty, or otherwise unclean environments.

Out of Stock Items
We typically have 90% of our products in stock. Occasionally, stock shortages may arise. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email and provide an estimated arrival date. If this date exceeds 10 working days, we will automatically issue a full refund and place your order on hold. The refund will be processed within 7 working days. For orders with multiple items, upon your request, we can ship the available products immediately and send the backordered items as soon as they arrive, at no extra charge.
Limitation of Liability
BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS STORE liability is strictly limited to the remedies outlined in this agreement. We are not responsible for any issues related to unavailable products, lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support. BEATS THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or any other consequential, special, indirect, or statutory damages, even if we were made aware of the possibility of such damages. In cases related to the purchase of products or services bundled with products, regardless of whether the issue stems from breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort, or otherwise, RAJ MUSICALS' liability will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the products or services involved in the claim. You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of India and your respective state. By purchasing, you confirm that the products are for your personal use only and not for resale or export.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Delhi and the state of Delhi, as they apply to contracts executed and performed entirely in Delhi, without considering conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action arising from or related to this agreement must be initiated exclusively in the state or district courts of Delhi, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Return Policy Terms & Conditions:
Beats, the musical instrument store, accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must include the original packaging, owner's manual, and warranty card, and should be in unused condition with no signs of wear or damage. The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects: opened or used string sets, reed boxes, computer software, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (due to hygiene concerns), raw-frame speakers, installed pickups, drumheads, sticks, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
