The VTX Series marks a significant advancement in VOX’s Valvetronix lineup. These amplifiers blend cutting-edge modeling technology with a multi-stage tube preamp circuit to replicate the distinctive distortion, touch sensitivity, and responsiveness of classic tube amps. The advanced modeling algorithm recreates the analog circuits of highly sought-after tube amplifiers, giving users the ability to adjust gain structure, toggle between Class A and Class AB operation, and modify the amp’s bias in real time. The VTX amps also feature 13 classic effects inspired by iconic stompboxes, which sound amazing when combined with any of the 11 realistic amplifier models. Additional features such as a sealed cabinet, proprietary bass-reflex design, USB port, built-in tuner, AUX input, and headphone jack make the VTX the most versatile and best-sounding Valvetronix amp to date!

The amplifiers incorporate a multi-stage Valvetronix tube preamp, featuring genuine analog circuitry to achieve subtle tonal nuances and precise adjustments that are characteristic of traditional vacuum tube amps. This sophisticated design is complemented by a tightly sealed cabinet and a proprietary bass-reflex system, engineered to provide exceptional resonance and tonal clarity.

With the inclusion of the new VOX Tone Room editing software, VTX amplifiers allow for unprecedented customization. Users can personalize existing amp models and effects or create entirely new sounds, expanding the possibilities beyond traditional modeling amps.

VTX amplifiers come equipped with a USB port, enabling seamless integration with PC, Mac, or mobile devices (iOS and Android). The USB connectivity works harmoniously with the VOX Tone Room software, offering deep editing capabilities for amp models, effects, and presets. The Tone Room software can be downloaded for PC or Mac via the Support section of the VOX website and is also available for iOS and Android devices through the App Store and Google Play.
